It's a mistake I repeated (and occasionally still do!) many times - letting others walk over me and compromising my needs for fear of being abandoned by others. It bled into so many areas of my life growing up, so being able to stop making that mistake and hold my ground when I need to has been a game-changer. Thank you for the kind words!
